Dean came over the next day and took the machine to bits. The ring had worked its way right into the washing machine mechanism. I was so relieved to be reunited with my ring that I cried! Called Contracool at 10am and the engineer was at my house by 12. He soon found a small cord which had jammed the pump and 10 mins later job done. Great service Contracool, highly recommended.
